Eligibility for Refunds

Not every situation qualifies for a refund, and that's mostly about keeping things fair for everyone involved. We've found these criteria work well for protecting both students and our ability to keep offering quality education.

When You Can Request a Refund

Early Withdrawal

If you withdraw within the first 14 days of program access and haven't completed more than 15% of the course material, you're eligible for a full refund.

Technical Issues

When platform problems prevent you from accessing content for more than 72 consecutive hours and we can't resolve them, you qualify for a prorated refund.

Course Cancellation

If we cancel or significantly alter a program after you've enrolled, you'll receive a full refund automatically unless you choose an alternative option.

Situations Not Covered

Some circumstances fall outside our refund scope. This includes requests made more than 30 days after enrollment, cases where you've completed more than 25% of the material, or if you've already received a certification or completion document from us.

We also can't offer refunds if you simply change your mind after engaging substantially with the content, or if your personal circumstances change. These aren't meant to be harsh rules but practical boundaries that let us maintain program quality for everyone.

How to Request a Refund

1

Submit Your Request

Email us at contact@sorlemavinte.com with your enrollment details, purchase date, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. Include your full name and the program name to help us locate your account quickly.

2

Initial Review

Our team will review your request within three business days. We'll check your account activity, enrollment date, and the specific circumstances of your request against our policy criteria.

3

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email with our decision and explanation. If approved, we'll outline the next steps. If we need more information or if there's an issue, we'll explain what's needed or why we can't proceed.

4

Processing and Payment

Once approved, refunds are processed within five business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, usually between three and ten business days.

Common Refund Scenarios

Partial Course Completion

If you've completed between 15% and 25% of a program within the first 14 days, you may qualify for a partial refund calculated on a prorated basis.

We assess this by looking at module completion, quiz attempts, and downloadable resource access.

Bundle Purchases

For multi-course bundles, refunds are handled differently. If you've only accessed one course in a three-course bundle, we can offer a partial refund for the untouched portions.

The calculation accounts for the bundle discount you received at purchase.

Subscription Services

Monthly subscription cancellations don't typically include refunds for the current billing period, but you'll retain access until that period ends.

Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days may qualify for prorated refunds minus any months where you accessed content.

Important Things to Know

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. We can't send refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.
  • Once a refund is approved and processed, your access to the course material ends immediately. You won't be able to download or view any remaining content.
  • Promotional discounts and special offers don't change your eligibility for refunds, but they do affect the refund amount you receive in partial refund situations.
  • If you received physical materials or printed workbooks as part of your program, these need to be returned in original condition before we can process a full refund.
  • Refund requests submitted after completing a program or receiving a certificate are automatically declined, as you've already received the full educational benefit.
  • Payment plan enrollments have different refund conditions. If you're paying in installments, any refund is calculated against payments already made, not the full program price.
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund dates might cause small variations in the amount you receive back, especially for international students.
  • We keep records of all refund requests and approvals. Multiple refund requests across different programs may trigger additional review or affect future enrollment approvals.
